3. User Accounts
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person may maintain only one account
4. User Conduct

- • Posting false or misleading information

Platform Abuse

Your Rights
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us:

7. Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
FieldIt is a platform that connects organizers and volunteers. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of users on our platform.
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of events or services
- Users are responsible for their own safety and compliance with local laws
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
8. Termination
By You
- • You may delete your account at any time
- • Outstanding obligations remain in effect
- • Some data may be retained for legal purposes
- • No refunds for unused services
By FieldIt
- • We may suspend or terminate for violations
- • Immediate termination for serious breaches
- • Right to discontinue the platform
- • Notice provided when possible
