How do I create my first event listing?

Simply sign up as an organizer, complete your profile verification, and use our event creation wizard to post your first opportunity. Our team reviews all listings within 24 hours.

When do volunteers get paid?

Payments are processed within 48 hours after event completion and organizer approval. Funds are transferred directly to the volunteer's registered bank account or digital wallet.

What if there's an issue during an event?

Contact our 24/7 safety support at safety@fieldit.com or use the emergency contact feature in the app. We have protocols in place to handle any situation quickly and professionally.

Can I modify or cancel my event after posting?

Yes, you can edit event details up to 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid fees. Volunteers will be automatically notified of any changes.
